Can I delete my information with Crypto2Cash?
Yes and No.
No - If you are (or have been) an actual customer, so you completed the account opening process, and you have performed transactions, then we are not able to delete all the information on file for you, as we are obligated under law to retain this information up to X years after the last interaction. But please still send an email to support@crypto2cash.com with the request and we will look into whether it is possible fully or partially. We can definitely make sure, that you do not receive any general emails from us.
Yes - If you just started to open an account, but you never completed, then it is easy to have your data deleted. All you need to do is to send an email to support@crypto2cash.com in which you make the request to have this information deleted. Please ensure that the request is sent from the same email, which Crypto2Cash have on file for you.
I no longer have access to the email address, so what can I do?
If you wish to have your information with Crypto2Cash deleted, but you are not able to access the email address linked to your account/account application with us, please send us an email to support@crypto2cash.com and stating which email your request is related to. Please note, we might have to ask you provide e.g. a copy of an ID or equivalent to ensure that you are authorized to give us such request.
