You may be requested to verify your wallet (address). There can be several reasons for this:
- We cannot see which service you are using
- The service you are using is not licensed
- It may be a general sending wallet for an exchange
- We do not support third party transactions
- and a lot more reasons
We do this both to meet requirements for us to monitor transactions but also to meet travel rule requirements.
