From time to time it can be necessary to update your details with us.
You want to inform us of details, that have changed?
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining, what you wish to update and we will let you know what is needed to do so.
Your ID has expired?
The ID, you provided to us previously, has expired. We would greatly appreciate it, if you yourself reach out to us and provide us with a copy of a new and valid ID. When we do not receive this, we will reach out to you to ask you to update the document with us.
In order for you to be able to use our services, you will first need to provide us with different information. We gather this information for both your and our safety and would aim to activate accounts within 1 work day.
Regular Reviews of Customer Details:
We are obligated to perform regular reviews of the data we have on file for each customer. We will then reach out to you and ask you to either confirm details or provide new information.
We might ask you for the below:
- Identification document
- Proof of residence/address
We might also ask you to confirm the details, which we have on file for you.
Why must details be kept up to date?
We understand that it can be of an inconvenience having to provide documentation, which you have provided previously - and we are sorry for this. However, we hope for your understanding, that we are required under laws and regulations to keep such data updated and that if we do not, we cannot offer you our services.
